Send a note about OctScout. Name is optional. Email and message are required. The form checks the message here, then the server checks it again, including the spam check below. A message is accepted only after the mail service accepts it. OctScoutについての連絡を送れます。名前は任意です。メールアドレスとお問い合わせ内容は必須です。フォームは画面上で確認したあと、サーバーがスパム確認を含めてもう一度確認します。メールサービスが受け付けたときだけ、送信済みになります。
